About the Role

These efforts focus on enhancing our data architecture, improving data quality, expanding automation capabilities, and optimizing operational processes.

To help lead this transformation, we’re seeking a highly organized and adaptable product analyst to connect business needs, user experience design, and data insights. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to own the full DigITal product lifecycle from defining requirements and shaping the user experience to measuring performance and coordinating
delivery.

As Associate Project Management & BA, you will bridge the Value Stream and Digital teams, ensuring business needs align with digital solutions. You will oversee business case delivery, streamline documentation, and support the implementation of various digital initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Engage with business stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Translate business problems into technical and design specifications.

  • Document workflows, user journeys, and system interactions using clear, structured formats.

  • Lead the design of user interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

  • Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, consistent, and scalable interfaces.

  • Conduct usability testing, synthesize feedback, and iterate on design solutions.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity.

  • Support design and build of data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or Qlik.

  • Interpret data trends and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.

  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to understand data models, sources, and architecture.

  •  Support design of analytical data layers for visualization and reporting.

  • Support project management activities like managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate between design, analytics, development, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps and proactively propose solutions.

  • Support Digital Operations Excellence initiatives.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Proven track record in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.

  • Strong expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools for wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes.

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with development teams.

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau visualization tool.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work with both business and technical teams.

  • Willingness to work and collaborate with teams across the globe in multiple time zones.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience in SQL (data extraction, transformation, validation) and familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau — including DAX, data modeling, and interactive dashboard development.

  • Understanding of data integration, data governance, and ETL concepts.

  • Experience managing small-to-medium projects, preferably in Agile environments.

  • Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms or automation tools (Power Automate, Alteryx, etc.).

  • Experience designing within enterprise ecosystems (ERP, CRM, or cloud-based platforms).

  • Certification in Scrum, Agile PM, or Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

What Makes You Eligible

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Design, Data Analytics or a related field.

  • 5 years of combined experience across project management, business analysis, UI/UX design, and data visualization.

  • Good knowledge of SAP.

  • Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
