About the Role 

As an Associate, Project Launch your responsibilities include: 

• Support end-to-end launch processes in establishing projects for client delivery teams. 

• Receiving new projects and allocating them to respective account managers via HubSpot. 

• Supporting global client delivery teams by creating and launching new incoming projects. 

• Managing client records, creating new clients on the Atheneum Platform. 

• Meeting respective launch KPIs. 

• Judgement based decision making and problem solving when confronted with various technical scenarios in day-to-day operations 

• Coordinating international collaboration among teams working in different geographies. 

• Coordination among different support teams consisting of Platform Support team, Controlling team etc. 

• Communicating with BD teams in case of new clients. 

• Communication and alignment with CD teams in terms of identifying any technical errors and specifications.
