Job Summary:
Will support the Project Managers by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables related to assigned projects, Will also support the Regulatory Compliance Manager, ComRel/CSR Manager, and BD-ESG team in various capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide project management support by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables related to assigned projects.
Assist the Project Managers in applying for, securing, monitoring and maintaining all relevant regulatory permits, approvals and clearances for the various projects in the development and contracted pipeline. Provide support in project origination, including filing new RE Contract applications with DOE.
Assist in writing, preparing, and editing project documents, such as communications to stakeholders, progress reports, meeting minutes, and IEC documentation.
Help organize project IEC activities and consultation meetings with host communities, IP tribes, LGU officials, and other local stakeholders. Prepare project presentations for these meetings and document questions and concerns raised.
Regularly visit the project sites and other field locations to liaise with government agencies, local government units, host barangays/communities, IP tribes, and other key stakeholders.
Help supervise third-party consultants and contractors to ensure timely completion of works in accordance with company standards and existing laws and regulations.
Coordinate with the Technical Services, Construction, and Land Acquisition teams when conducting joint field activities and other shared workstreams.
Provide support to the BD-PD team in participating in government auctions (e.g., GEAP, OCSP). Assist in preparing the supporting documentation, tracking of auction requirements, and coordinating with internal and external parties in the auction preparation.
Assist the Regulatory Compliance Manager in monitoring project compliance using the Regulatory Compliance Tool.
Assist the Regulatory Compliance Manager in monitoring and tracking policy issuances and regulations affecting the power industry. Attend and document public consultations by key government regulators (e.g., DOE, ERC, BOI), and keep the team updated on any relevant policy changes. Assist in organizing knowledge sharing sessions (KSS) for the team to cascade such policy changes or new issuances.
Assist the ComRel/CSR Manager in monitoring grievance reports from the ComRels and other departments and consolidating these reports into a monthly grievance tracker. Support in the execution of various CSR initiatives.
Assist the BD-PD and O&M Teams in monitoring compliance with ER 1-94 commitments to the various host LGUs, as required.
Support the BD-ESG team in the development of ESG plans and their integration into project development, construction, and operations.
Keep SharePoint updated, and ensure documents are filed, organized and monitored in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform other tasks as required.
Prerequisites:
Graduate of Business, Engineering, Sciences, or any related course
At least two years related work experience
Must be willing to report to Makati office and be able to conduct fieldwork, as needed.
