How you will achieve success in this role:
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Programmatic, Meta, Google Ads/YouTube, and other digital placements.
- Develop and implement data-driven media strategies to drive visibility, incremental reach, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Brand Strategy, and PPC teams to align campaigns with business and brand goals.
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to achieve ROI and efficiency targets.
- Deliver weekly performance analysis with actionable insights and recommendations.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic, Meta, and Google ad campaigns.
- Proven success in driving incremental reach and revenue growth with large-scale media budgets ($6M+ annually).
- Expertise with Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads/YouTube.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with visualization tools a plus.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
