The Associate Program Manager, Global New Product Execution will be responsible for supporting the tracking and execution of new product launches across all global markets for the Shark & Ninja brands.
The Associate Program Manager will work cross-functionally on a global scale, to bring products to market with a high degree of speed and efficiency ensuring a 5-star quality experience and high rate of sales.
Our Associate Program Manager actively communicates across several groups to ensure that risks are mitigated, and deliverables are completed on time. They operate with urgency and escalate to senior management in parallel to driving resolutions.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
- Develop and maintain detailed project trackers for all new product launches.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure timely completion of specific tasks related to each new product launch.
- Develop, track and manage detailed program timelines and critical launch schedules including interdependencies and constraints of on time execution.
- Partners with Product Development, Product Program Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, Trade Marketing, Operations and others to ensure new products are launched in line with business objectives.
- Prepares project status overviews for Senior Leadership with proper level of detail
- Builds extensive cross-functional knowledge of business operations to effectively coordinate product launch activities and identify & communicate risks.
- Acts as product champion and takes pride in ownership to achieve results.
- Participates in forums with cross functional teams working through stage gate decisions and processes.
- Communicates effectively with transparency, to key stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, action-oriented and possess the ability to quickly solve complex problems. This associate must also partner with and influence cross functional peers, including product development, sales and planning. Most importantly, this individual must balance the strategic and hands-on requirements of this role with a flexible working style and a proven ability to communicate with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Planning or relevant field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess program performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Adaptable to the changing needs of a dynamic, fast-paced business.
