Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Program Analyst to join our team in the Herndon or Chantilly office!
What you will be doing
- Program & Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day execution of internal projects and federal programs within the Spectrum Dominance Directorate, providing operational support across Electronic Warfare (EW) related efforts.
- Business Development Support: Contribute to business development tasks, including data gathering, competitive research, proposal support materials, and coordination of internal capture activities.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, review, and maintain program documentation such as status reports, meeting minutes, action item trackers, briefings, and other deliverables required by government customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement: Schedule and support technical and programmatic meetings, track action items, and facilitate communication across multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and government counterparts.
- Performance Tracking: Collect, organize, and analyze program data to support schedule tracking, risk identification, metrics reporting, and continuous process improvement.
- Process Support: Help maintain compliance with federal contracting requirements, internal processes, and quality standards while supporting Agile or hybrid program execution approaches.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a comparable field
- 0+ years of related professional experience
- US citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret SCI clearance.
