Position Responsibilities:
• Directly support the development of the production schedule/shop load (2-3 weeks look ahead) for the PAC-3 Seeker factory (including re-entry of non-conforming product on NCRs, ensuring quality and workforce adherence.
• Directly support production control team for the Seeker factory using KPI's.
• Monitor each line or sub-assembly area (e.g., PA-subs, PA, Gimbal, DIFP, ADPR and Seeker Assembly & Test) production plans and actual to ensure optimal line balancing, WIP control, and elimination of over production.
• Work with QA and production to ensure quality parts and that all ISO standards are met in compliance with the customer.
• Perform and execute activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
• Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final post-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience with Production Control or Materials Management
• Experience leading projects and/or teams
• More than 3 years working in a manufacturing environment
• More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience using Lean+ and/or Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools
• Experience developing and executing strategies to meet organization objectives
• Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements
• Experience in developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• More than 3 years of experience in supply chain and/or materials management
• More than 5 years of experience with Material Requirements Planning, including the use of Compass Contract or a similar MRP system
• PMP and other Program Management certifications

This position is all shifts. Applicants must be willing to work 1st, 2nd, or weekend shift.
