Job Summary 
Client Strategy & Solutions is a core function within the Entertainment PRS team, serving as the strategic partner to Sales for all things digital. As the single point of contact for digital strategy, you play a critical role in shaping client-first solutions, helping with deal closures, structuring high-impact deals, and driving the digital narrative that defines our right to win in the market. The role demands sharp strategic thinking, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and a strong client-centric mindset to help unlock revenue and meet business goals.

About the team
The Digital PRS team at JioHotstar plays a pivotal role in bridging sales ambitions with data-driven strategic inputs to drive revenue growth. As part of the Client Strategy & Solutions vertical within the PRS team, the mandate is to work closely with the Digital Sales team to craft client strategies, drive custom solutions, optimize pricing decisions, and ensure seamless deal closures across high-impact digital properties.  The team is responsible for helping unlock monetization at scale by creating relevance for brands and ensuring demand is aligned with platform capabilities.



Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to define client strategies that align with business objectives and unlock revenue across our ad products, marquee and always-on properties.
  • Structure customized deals and packages based on platform capabilities and client needs.
  • Track the sales pipeline, manage discount guardrails, and ensure swift, seamless deal closures.
  • Support tentpole content monetization by identifying brand fitment, enabling sponsor thinking, and crafting strategic client specific pitches & packages.
  • Work cross-functionally with Content, Ops, Ad Tech and others to deliver integrated client solutions and ensure alignment between platform offerings and market demand.
  • Evangelise sales team on new ad products to ensure market adoption.
  • Lead regular business reviews with Sales pods to evaluate performance against targets, identify revenue opportunities, and address potential shortfalls proactively.

  • MBA With 2+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably from Business consulting/ strategy background
