Support the development and optimization of discovery and personalization experiences across Shahid platforms
Contribute to initiatives across Search, Recommendations, Navigation, and content discovery surfaces
Work closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and stakeholders to define and execute product initiatives
Analyze user behavior, engagement funnels, and platform metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Assist in defining product requirements, experimentation plans, and success metrics
Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
Help improve content discoverability, relevance, personalization, and user engagement
Monitor industry trends and emerging experiences across streaming, AI, personalization, and discovery
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
Ability to translate user and business problems into clear product requirements
Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and experimentation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for consumer-facing digital products and user experiences
Nice to Have:
Experience in Search, Recommendations, Personalization, Discovery, AI, or data-driven products
Experience with experimentation or A/B testing
Familiarity with ranking, relevance, recommendation, or discovery concepts
Experience in streaming, media, gaming, e-commerce, or marketplace products
