Position Summary:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a critical supporting role in bringing product ideas to life through collaboration, analysis, and execution. This is a growth-oriented role designed for individuals eager to learn how to build and scale great products in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features that drive customer value and business outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the definition of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure smooth planning, execution, and delivery of product features
- Participate in customer discovery efforts, including interviews, research, and feedback analysis to understand user needs and pain points
- Track and analyze product adoption, usage, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and improvements
- Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA testing cycles to ensure high-quality releases
- Document product decisions, workflows, and release notes for internal and customer-facing stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to gather insights and ensure alignment
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions by bringing forward insights, data, and customer feedback
- Learn and apply product development frameworks, best practices, and PatientNow product standards
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer empath

Education/Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, UX, or a related technical field (internships welcome)
- Familiarity with or strong interest in agile product development and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear documentation
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data to generate insights and inform decisions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn from senior product leaders and grow within a product management career path
- Passion for technology and improving user experiences, particularly in SaaS or B2B environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or product analytics platforms preferred
- Exposure to healthcare technology, EMR systems, or practice management workflows is a plus
