We're hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Product Manager within the LSEG Analytics organization.

This position is part of the Scaled Analytics Product Management team, helping to build and scale our analytics content across LSEG's global customer base.  Our engineering platform, powered by modern cloud-native technologies including Databricks and Snowflake, enables rapid development and deployment of customer-facing analytics products. You'll work at the intersection of data engineering, platform capabilities, and product delivery, supporting the infrastructure that powers analytics across investment banks, asset managers, wealth managers, hedge funds, and more.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to develop product management expertise while gaining deep exposure to enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, and the financial services ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of 3-, 6-, and 12-month product roadmaps for data platform capabilities
  • Develop understanding of data platform architecture, including data ingestion pipelines, transformation workflows, storage layers, and consumption patterns
  • Support migrations and integrations from legacy data engineering platforms to modern cloud-based infrastructure
  • Partner with Analytics Product Managers across products to understand their platform requirements
  • Work with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Build relationships with internal customers to understand pain points and gather feedback on platform performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of fundamental data concepts including databases, data models, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines
  • Familiarity with SQL and ability to query databases to investigate issues or validate data
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to grasp and articulate technical, financial, and conceptual ideas
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $83,500 - $139,300.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match. LSEG’s Benefits plan also includes basic life insurance, disability benefits, emergency backup dependent care, adoption assistance commuter assistance etc.
