Associate Product Manager

The Associate Product Manager - Loan Origination System supports the successful execution of the core lending platform by managing the release cycle, maintaining user documentation, and ensuring quality product delivery. This role coordinates with engineering, operations, and senior product leadership to define and test features, triage feedback, and support data tracking. It involves hands-on involvement in sprint planning, user story development, and basic analytics to optimize platform performance and user experience.

• Write and manage user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteria for new features and improvements 
• Coordinate testing and quality assurance for releases 
• Draft and publish clear, concise release notes and documentation 
• Triage user issues and feedback, ensuring they’re documented and prioritized 
• Support basic data analysis and reporting to track performance and product usage 
• Assist in organizing sprints, grooming sessions, and team rituals 
• Support emerging product and platform needs across the business

• 1–2 years of experience in a product, QA, operations, or support role. 
• Comfort with tools like Jira, Notion, and basic data platforms (e.g. Looker, Excel, SQL a plus). 
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Ability to learn quickly and work well across teams. 
• PC skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft environment and the ability to access, manipulate, organize and relay information in a meaningful way. 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with leaders across multiple functions

Target base compensation is $115k-$120k annually. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
