Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering impactful software solutions? At MedTrainer, we are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the product roadmap, translate business strategies into actionable product plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create world-class software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology through innovation and customer-centric design.

Responsibilities

  • Gather insights from stakeholders, support teams, and customers.
  • Own product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Translate business strategies into actionable product plans.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation.
  • Address product gaps based on strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience defining requirements, launching products, and leading complex teams.
  • Proven collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  • Direct experience working with agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience developing solutions alongside designers and engineers.
  • Expertise in creating and driving product roadmaps that align with business goals.

Skills and Tools

  • Proficiency in JBTD framework, Google Suite, and SaaS tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in roadmap creation and stakeholder communication.
