We are seeking a talented and hands-on Associate Product Manager with 3 to 5 years of product management, implementation or similar customer facing roles, to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on Salesforce ecosystem projects, including AgentForce and requires a unique blend of product management skills and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, manage roadmaps, and actively participate in the development as well as troubleshooting of Logik.io Salesforce related products & solutions.


The role involves extensive collaboration with resources in India and the US. A portion of the workday will overlap with the US team in Chicago to facilitate seamless communication. Logistics support will be provided for flexible working hours, ensuring effective time management and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps for Salesforce integration projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmap execution strategy
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and user needs
  • Engage with customers, partners and business stakeholders to determine the most high-impact roadmap ideas.
  • Act as the product owner for Salesforce integration initiatives
  • Manage the product backlog and work closely with development teams
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Actively participate in developing Salesforce solutions for POCs and demos
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues
  • Provide well-written functional specs and collaborate with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of features
  • Help the customer, support team, expert services team, and implementation partners with Salesforce solutions-related design questions, implementation design, and complex problem debugging.
  • Create and deliver compelling product roadmap/updates to stakeholders at all levels
  • Articulate product vision, roadmap, and technical concepts
  • Proactively share team successes as well as inputs to shape the vision of the product

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical role, with a strong interest in transitioning to product management in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies, with some familiarity in middleware, Groovy, JavaScript, and working with APIs
  • Familiarity with cloud-native applications and API-driven architectures, gained through professional work, academic projects or internships
  • Exposure to SaaS applications with multiple user personas (e.g., admin and end-user experiences) through coursework or personal projects
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development of new features or improvements for software products
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to collaborate with engineering teams
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn on the job, and work effectively in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or related enterprise applications in CRM, ERP space which handle Discovery to Cash process
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Participation in at least one successful product launch or feature release, with some exposure to user adoption strategies
  • Developing analytical skills with an understanding of data-driven decision making using basic adoption and behavior metrics
