About the role:

The Associate Product Manager, Global Downstream Marketing – Imaging Systems will support the commercial strategy and execution for Boston Scientific's global imaging systems portfolio while playing a key role in commercialization activities for new cholangioscopy accessory launches. This role offers broad exposure across global downstream marketing, product commercialization, and portfolio management. Working closely with cross-functional partners and regional commercial teams, the Associate Product Manager will help drive customer adoption, support global product launches, develop commercial tools, and execute marketing initiatives that advance Boston Scientific's imaging and cholangioscopy franchises.

Your responsibilities will include:Commercial Strategy & Portfolio Management
  • Support the development and execution of the global downstream marketing strategy for the imaging systems portfolio.
  • Assist in developing annual marketing plans, commercial priorities, and product positioning.
  • Monitor commercial performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and geo-expansion.
  • Develop competitive insights and help translate customer feedback into actionable marketing strategies.
Product Launch & Commercialization
  • Support commercialization planning and execution for new cholangioscopy accessories and imaging system ecosystem.
  • Coordinate launch activities across Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Sales.
  • Assist with development of launch materials including messaging, sales tools, training content, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Help ensure successful product readiness and execution across global markets.
Customer & Field Engagement
  • Partner with Sales, Professional Education, Clinical, and regional marketing teams to support commercial initiatives.
  • Gather customer insights from physicians, field teams, and Key Opinion Leaders to inform marketing programs.
  • Support development of educational programs, product training, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in conferences, customer meetings, and product demonstrations as needed.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams to help execute strategic business initiatives.
  • Support supply chain communication and demand forecasting to ensure alignment across global stakeholders.
  • Assist with product lifecycle management activities, including forecasting, inventory planning, and commercialization support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and operational excellence.
Professional Development
  • Develop a strong understanding of the imaging systems and cholangioscopy portfolio, customer workflow, competitive landscape, and clinical environment.
  • Learn Boston Scientific's global marketing processes, product development lifecycle, and commercialization framework.
  • Grow into increasing levels of ownership across downstream marketing initiatives and product management responsibilities.
 Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, product management, sales, consulting, or another commercial role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% (primarily domestic with occasional international travel)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in medical devices or healthcare
  • Exposure to product launches or commercialization activities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Interest in global marketing and commercial strategy

 

 

Work Mode:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.
