Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the management of our cold chain packaging product portfolio to meet the needs of internal stakeholders and the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. This is a physical product management role in a fast-moving, data-intensive, healthcare logistics environment, with a lot of day-to-day variety and the opportunity to work in an industry that makes a big difference to patients' lives.
- Ownership of the packaging product governance process, coordinating stakeholder decision-making on the adoption of new packaging and devices
- Overseeing product onboarding planning across multiple functions and time-zones, identifying and resolving issues as needed
- Forming strong working relationships with stakeholders in Operations, Quality, and Sales to support product and client onboarding
- Supporting of the product change management process, with special responsibility for driving client-facing change notifications and improving existing systems and processes
- Collaborating with Product Marketing to prepare technical and marketing specifications as well as high-level presentations
- Designing and rolling out improvements to help key internal teams make better use of existing packaging documentation
Experience and education
- Educated to at least bachelor's degree level
- Experience in managing and delivering small to medium-size projects
- Experience using Smartsheet, PowerBI, and in SharePoint administration is desirable (training will be provided)
- Experience of requirements assessment and documentation
- Experience of working with external stakeholders, such as customers or vendors
- Exposure to product or process onboarding and launch planning
- Exposure to a highly-regulated industry such as pharma or biotech is desirable
Minimum skills, knowledge, and ability requirements
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Solid Microsoft Excel knowledge (knowledge of macros is desirable)
- Confident user of Microsoft Teams and Outlook applications
- Able to explain and present work in a clear, and concise matter
- Experience of influencing and communicating to a variety of stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management practices
