As an Associate Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Advisory practice, you will act as the general manager for commercial and internal products, bridging the gap between business, user experience, and technology to solve customer and end-user challenges. Your role will encompass the entire product lifecycle, from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life, including commercialization and go-to-market strategies.
As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities
- Managing product lifecycle activities from definition and planning through production and release
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product vision with market demands and business growth
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and roadmap development
- Utilizing customer relationship management techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
- Applying business process modeling to optimize product development and operationalization
- Engaging in strategic planning to support product ideation and commercialization efforts
- Gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources to discern patterns and inform product decisions
- Developing and maintaining product specifications to validate alignment with user experience and technology solutions
- Participating in product marketing and go-to-market planning to drive sales and business support activities
- Building commercial awareness and understanding of how the business works to contribute effectively to team success
What You Must Have

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
