Job Title: Associate Product Line Manager - AHNU
Reports to: Product Line Manager, Active - Teva
Location: Goleta, CA
The Role
The objective of the Associate Product Line Manager, AHNU is to deliver category support and product management for seasonal product line. It will take a consumer-led approach towards supporting the global product team. This role is primed as an introduction to the product process and a growth opportunity as an integral part of Deckers’ newest brand.

Your Impact
- Seasonal product/project level management and evolution aligned to brand KPIs.
- Work with PLM team to hone skill expansion within the realm of product positioning, pricing architecture, and line planning/product lifecycle.
- Own FlexPLM data integrity and verify seasonal input at key timing gates.
- Support the AHNU product team in creating seasonal range plans with a critical eye on growth and brand authenticity.
- Cultivate and execute on-going consumer insight touchpoints (seasonally and ad hoc) to drive brief writing, line creation and team fluency in space.
- Consistent cross functional communication to ensure a clear and concise brand message internally for cross functional stakeholders. (Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, etc.)
- Play a part of a consistent culture of creation, openness of communication, critical analysis and action to drive direction in product and product line process.
- Support Product Team sample organization and distribution for Capsule and Seasonal ranges.

- 3+ years of related experience, including retail, sales, marketing, product line management, merchandising, product development or design.
- Industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Limited travel necessary.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
