Position Overview: 

We are seeking a driven Associate Product Designer to join our dynamic Growth team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a web design, marketing, or visual design background who has completed a UX bootcamp and is eager to grow into a full-fledged product designer. In this position, you will work closely with both our Marketing and CRO teams, contributing to the success of our product design and marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment while learning and growing your skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design: Practice and apply user-centered design principles and methodologies throughout the product development process. Help with user research and testing to learn about users. 
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and simple prototypes to show designs and user flows. 
• Marketing and Web Design Support: Occasionally support the creation and design of new content for the website and landing pages. Collaborate on website optimization and conversion rate improvement initiatives. Assist in implementing designs using content management systems like Framer or Webflow.
• Brand Consistency: Assist in maintaining and evolving the company's visual brand and design system across all digital touchpoints. Learn to work within the existing design system while contributing ideas for its evolution.
• Collaboration and Learning: Actively seek feedback on your work and apply it to grow your skills. Dive into design critiques and team talks. You'll learn key principles and improve your craft with peers. 

You will likely have:

• Completion of a UX design bootcamp or similar intensive UX training program
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Framer, or Webflow
• Good UI skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout
• Basic understanding of web development principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI/web design projects (personal or academic projects are acceptable)

You may have:

• A background in graphic design, web design, or UI/visual design
• Basic understanding of marketing principles for SEO and CRO applied to web design
• Interest in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experiments
• Previously worked at an early-stage, high-growth startup OR agency environment

Salary Range: 125-130k

This salary represents Henry Med's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Henry Meds may ultimately pay more or less than the posted salary. The final salary for this position will be determined by Henry Meds sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Henry Meds business and other operational considerations.
