About Tamara's Builders Program - Graduate Track
Our 12 month program elevates exceptional Saudi graduates into future leaders. It is a comprehensive and hands-on experience designed to accelerate your growth.
You will work with an executive mentor to help tackle company-wide initiatives with key stakeholders and gain professional development while handling live business challenges and making a mark from day one. Successful completion of this program will lead to internal opportunities based on performance.

Your role:
We are looking for a Associate Product Designer to join our design team and help create intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about UI/UX, user-centered design, and digital product development. You will work closely with designers, researchers, and developers to bring design concepts to life.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Maintain and contribute to the design system and ensure consistency across products.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Your expertise:
Experience
- At a minimum, internship or co-op training experience in UI/UX, Product Design with a maximum of 2 years of experience.
Skills:
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (academic or personal projects acceptable).
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
