Who are you?
We’re looking for someone who’s creative and editorial by nature, enjoys collaborative work with others in a team, and is looking to build their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic organization.
The task at hand:
- Produce best in class work for clients, with a particular focus on photo and video content
- Assist other Producers in driving the full life cycle of a project with efficiency, fiscal responsibility, creativity, and an eye for achieving high production values
- Work closely with agency teams, clients, partner companies, and 3rd party vendors to plan and execute the work
Specific Responsibilities:
- - On a project basis, own the production of small to medium sized projects, including pre-production, production , post production
- - Assist Producers and Senior Producers in large-scale, 360 production projects
- - Collaborate creatively with members of internal brand teams to find solutions to production challenges
- - Communicate production approaches, considerations, and risks to relevant stakeholders
- - Produce efficiently and effectively (with editorial POV) in post production, pushing editors/animators to create high quality and timely work
- - Satisfy all production-related requirements as needed, including bidding, contracting, SOW writing, releases, client-specific production requirements, budget tracking, project wrap, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience in production & post production, managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties in the advertising and/or creative production industries
- - Experience in creative agency production is ideal
- - Production experience at production companies, in live events, or experiential executions is a plus
- - Understanding of creative development process, with knowledge of roles, responsibilities, and skillsets within an agency environment
- - A Bachelor’s degree or entrepreneurial street cred
