Position Summary
Partner Marketing within Ares Wealth Management Solutions, Private Wealth Partnership team is responsible for driving awareness around the Ares brand, capabilities, and product offerings to financial advisors to generate leads for sales and deepen market share. This role will support and implement marketing campaigns specific to strategic partner firm audiences. This individual is expected to uncover new opportunities and drive engagement through product marketing, brand awareness, product launches, and amplifying access to educational resources to support fundraising initiatives.
The successful candidate will have strong project management skills for executing comprehensive omnichannel campaigns. The candidate will be a detail-oriented and deadline-driven professional who excels in a fast-paced setting and ensures the delivery of outstanding campaigns.
Essential Duties
- Partner with Principal, Partner Marketing to design, build, and execute multiple concurrent strategic campaigns that drive activation, retention, and growth for AWMS products & brand.
- Interface with key wirehouse & IBD clients to identify new opportunities to deepen advisor engagement through personalized and innovative tactics and campaigns.
- Establish workflow processes to manage the distribution of marketing engagements. Manage rules of engagement with each partnership. Be responsible for crafting key partner-specific marketing campaign messages
- Support the development of new content in partnership with marketing, sales, private wealth partnerships, and product stakeholders.
- In partnership with the digital marketing team, track and evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on those findings, make recommendations on optimizing performance and troubleshooting; define new processes and workflows as needed.
- Support strategic event planning from initial concept through execution for AWMS-hosted, partner firm, or industry events.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 3+ years of alternative/asset management or wealth management experience
- Strong project management skills and prioritization skills. Experience leading strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
- Ability to demonstrate assertiveness, initiative, and creativity and to concurrently manage multiple deadline-driven tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, takes ownership of work quality and tight deadlines, and pursues continuous improvement.
- Highly PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator
- Event planning and execution experience is a bonus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, project management skills, and ability to work independently and solve problems
- A team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality, including the ability to maintain confidentiality

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$100,000 - $125,000
