Primary Function: An Associate PM oversees and deliver site level cross-functional projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, up to closure ensuring project success. This role requires a balance of technical familiarity, decision making, leadership, organization, and good communication skills.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and any related field on Manufacturing, Engineering and Project Management
Experience: internship with a role in project management and certifications are a plus.

- Organization of data using modern tools
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Initiate and strategically plan projects directed towards project success aligned to ADI’s goals
- Oversee assigned projects and ensure project progress and alignment to schedule
- Establish and maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and sponsors
- Coordinate project activities and deliverables across multiple teams within ADI Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting project timely delivery Organization of data and documentation
- Conduct Post Mortems and Review as part of project closure
