We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented hustler to join our partnerships team in New York during an exciting growth stage. In this role, the candidate will support the development and management of Barstool’s largest partnerships.
What You Do:
- Lead smaller scale turnkey programs and support large scale custom activations in collaboration with Manager, Director & VP of the team
- Coordinate and execute a variety of on-site activities for our largest partners across all Barstool tentpoles and franchises
- Responsible for daily account management of the partnership marketing team’s work pipeline – including maintaining and updating the event and activation calendar, budgets, databases and reporting
- Manage requests for custom activation elements – graphics, merchandise, signage, branding, etc.
- Participate in the strategic development of clients; overall sponsorship strategy and creative programming
What You Have:
- 1-2 years in a marketing, media and/or sponsorship position, agency experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (sports management, marketing, communications)
- Desire to learn and develop a career in partnership marketing
- Extremely organized, “no job is too small” attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task a must
- Proven ability to work as a part of a team
- Must have strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and G-suite
- Passion for sports and entertainment
- Ability to travel (approximately 25-30%) and work on weekends/holidays, when needed
Pay Range: $60,000- $65,000
