Job Description

Lead the end-to-end management and execution of partnership projects including mastery of execution tools

Ensure partnership campaign and its related deliverables are delivered in timely manner with high quality and zero-error

Perform sales pitch and business development on Traveloka Rewards products

Monitor and ensure partnership targets and guidelines are achieved

Front-facing external partners on partnership projects to maintain collaborative working relationships with partners

Perform internal project coordination with various internal stakeholders with strong synergy

Review and facilitate administrative or operational support of partnership contracts, paperwork (tax/invoice settlement), and other operational procedures

Accountability and ownership of partnership campaign troubleshooting or case handling to support internal and customer support team

Produce analytical campaign reports/evaluation with good insights for external/internal consumption

Perform BAU which includes regular team dashboard updates and competitive reviews
Requirements
-
Have minimum 3-years experience in campaign execution, marketing, partnerships, and business development

Experience in organizing/executing marketing campaigns in Online (e-commerce/ride-hailing/etc.), Banking, or Tourism sector is preferred

Graduated from a reputable university (domestic or overseas) with good academic record and background

Great eye in details, self-driven, team-player, and quick to adapt

Have strong communication skills and a passion in meeting people

Excellent articulation in both written and spoken English

Must be result oriented & attention to detail in the process

Have analytical and structured thinking; must be comfortable with numbers
