We're seeking an exceptional Associate Partner to join our dynamic APAC team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing winning strategies for our clients, helping them unlock new opportunities and achieve sustainable growth.

About your role and responsibilities

Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Become a trusted advisor: Identify and develop new client opportunities, fostering strong relationships with executives at leading companies.
  • Drive transformational change: Lead client engagements, crafting and implementing bespoke strategies that unlock growth and competitive advantage.
  • Champion innovation: Spearhead the development of creative solutions, leveraging cutting-edge methodologies to solve complex challenges.
  • Empower your team: Build and lead high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Deliver exceptional client service: Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations.
  • Sharpen your expertise: Continuously stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, developing your thought leadership in key areas.

About you

  • Proven track record: 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation, or a related field, with a demonstrable record of success.
  • Strategic mind: Possess a strong understanding of business fundamentals, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies.
  • Innovation champion: A creative problem solver with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches.
  • Client-centric: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team leader: Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Analytical expertise: Skilled in data analysis and problem-solving methodologies, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication: A compelling writer and presenter, able to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel regularly 
  • Full-time availability
