Responsibilities
- Prepare annual review packs and supporting documentation for client meetings
- Draft suitability reports and associated recommendation documents using templated frameworks
- Carry out basic research on products and providers in line with adviser requirements
- Build and maintain cashflow models to support financial planning advice
- Prepare and process new business submissions, including platform instructions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to back‑office systems
- Work closely with Advisers and colleagues to progress cases efficiently and compliantly
About you
- Hold a minimum of 2 R0 Exams
- Highly organised with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Demonstrates a genuine willingness to develop technical knowledge
- Proactively asks questions and seeks clarification when needed
- Communicates clearly and confidently with advisers and colleagues
- Manages time effectively and meets internal deadlines
