Job Responsibilities :

An Associate/ Order Fulfilment Specialist plays a key role in managing the end-to-end process of receiving, processing, and delivering customer orders efficiently and on time. This includes overseeing inventory levels, coordinating with warehouse staff, supply chain, and planning teams, and ensuring order details are accurate. The role also involves handling logistics to ensure timely delivery, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers, and promptly resolving any issues to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the Associate/ Order Fulfilment Specialist monitors order tracking, manages returns, and works to continuously improve the fulfillment process for greater efficiency and precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and ensure timely fulfillment of all purchase orders
  • Oversee and ensure all shipments are delivered and closed on schedule
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records with a high level of data precision
  • Coordinate with warehouses and service providers to manage shipping operations related to order fulfillment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support assigned fulfillment operations
  • Submit Certificate of Origin documents to the Chamber of Commerce as required
  • Generate and analyze reports for tracking and operational efficiency

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop the ability to prioritize and process customer orders accurately within designated timelines and service level agreements
  • Gain expertise in inventory control to prevent over-allocation and ensure accurate stock management
  • Learn picking, packing, and proper labeling procedures for secure and efficient delivery
  • Understand logistics processes, including selecting shipping methods, preparing documentation, and coordinating with logistics partners
  • Enhance communication skills by professionally addressing customer inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues
  • Identify and address common challenges in order fulfillment, such as inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, and order errors

Pre-Requisites :
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes and systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
