Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate or Experienced Procurement Analyst to join our team in Seattle, WA.
This position will be responsible for working with the internal & external supply chain to fulfill the responsibilities of the Procurement Analyst role on the BGS Buyer Furnished Equipment team.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Level Procurement Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the daily data shortage review
- Facilitate and manage the weekly data delivery meeting and presentation
- Facilitate and manage the monthly team report
- Facilitate and manage the supplier quality & delivery report
- Facilitate and manage the supplier data backlog report
- Facilitate and manage the monthly CAD report
- Facilitate and manage team processes with the OnePPPM through BPG releases
- Send the weekly report to the team
- Manage the team's tableau/Excel Power BI dashboard
- Analyze suppliers' data to provide procurement agents with insight into suppliers' data for supplier reviews
- Order office supplies for BGS Supply chain team
- Procurement Analyst can develop, analyze and maintain processes, tools, information and industry best practices in support of Supplier Management and procurement processes including self-governance or compliance, process performance, measurement and improvement, training and supply-base management, supply chain planning and optimization
- Designs, extracts, analyzes and prepares reports
- Determines and reports compliance to internal/external requirements
- Conducts management of MRP systems on order policy, part classification, foreign locations, message and schedule analysis, inventory reconciliation, charging issues in procurement and planning systems
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
- 1+ years of experience with query systems, developing reports, and conducting statistical analysis/metrics
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years of Supply Chain experience in Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, or another industry
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office suite applications
- 1+ years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
- Proficiency with Tableau

Summary pay range (Associate): $74,800.00 - $101,200.00
Summary pay range (Experienced): $94,350.00 - $127,650.00
