Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.
Our teams are currently hiring a broad range of experience levels including Associate & Experienced Procurement Agents.
Position Responsibilities:

• Source new parts and new suppliers for parts
• Manage internal business proposals for supplier selections
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and specifications
• Evaluate proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization
• Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement procedures and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements
• Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
• 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management?
• 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management?
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience presenting for executive leadership awareness and approval
• Experience in Contract Management
• Familiarity with FAR and DFAR type contracting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Associate): $58,000.00 - $90,000.00
Summary pay range (Experienced): $73,000.00 - $110,000.00
