Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Procurement Agent to join our team in Seattle, WA. Boeing Global Services (BGS) Aircraft On Ground (AOG) Supplier Management team responds to emergent requirements for airline customers and Boeing Incident Repair teams by executing POs and coordinating with our supply base to meet urgent operational needs. AOG Procurement Agents source commodities for both in-production and legacy aircraft, are aligned by customer, and work closely with AOG execution, account managers, customers, and repair teams to get critical parts to grounded aircraft-fast.

Position Responsibilities:
- Place, track, and update purchase orders; coordinate order changes and cancellations as required to support AOG timelines.
- Maintain accurate status updates for all AOG cases in the SAP/CRM system and provide timely status reports to stakeholders.
- Provide clear communication to internal teams.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of SAP experience
- 1+ years of Supplier Management experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience creating and managing purchase orders, supplier sourcing, negotiation, and managing expedited/urgent shipments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple types of stakeholders

Summary pay range:
Level 2: $62,000 - $105,600
Level 3: $78,000 - $133,200
