This role will directly support and inform DESRI’s M&A and financial underwriting processes.

Investment & Acquisitions Team

Additionally, you’ll be responsible for leading due diligence and managing third-party deliverables through deal processes. You will also support transaction leads on negotiating definitive documentation for debt and tax equity financings, acquisitions, and opportunistic sales across both new projects and DESRI’s existing portfolio of projects in development, under construction, or in operation.
