Associate, Master Data Management

To ensure that the quality of IntegriChain’s master data elements (including, but not limited to, channel distribution and associated master data) are maintained to the highest standard for our customers, and in instances where these quality standards cannot be met, both internal and external stakeholders should be engaged to seek resolution.

Duties:

• Follow the standard operating procedure surrounding IntegriChain’s master data operations to review and update master data elements related to:
  • Point-of-Care (POC) Master data
  • Point-of-Care (POC) Parenting hierarchy
  • Channel/Class of Trade Assignment
  • Other ad hoc MDM activities as needed
• Monitor/support/resolve open issues to ensure that they are addressed within a defined time frame.
• Resolution of weekly assigned master data exceptions queue
• Effective and crisp communication to team leaders and internal stakeholders around data anomalies or status of master data assignments.
• Assist Data Management Office in tracking day-to-day activities

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge or previous experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft excel strongly preferred
• Adept at internet research utilizing websites and web portals / databases
• Eagerness to identify issues and accurately resolve data quality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized with an ability to prioritize and consistently follow-through
• Flexible and Adaptable to feedback
• Capable of working both autonomous and in a team
• 1+ years experience in a data analyst role with knowledge of master data maintenance preferred
