Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective channel marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on both online and offline channels.
  • Lead and manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand and channel guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, gathering key insights and recommendations to optimize channel effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Digital, and Creative teams to execute campaigns seamlessly.
  • Identify and optimize key marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets for assigned channels, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and channel innovations to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project management, channel marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Attributes:
    • A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to manage multiple projects, and has a deep understanding of channel marketing dynamics.
    • A proactive mindset.
