Associate Marketing Manager - LATAM

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, organized, and proactive Associate Marketing Manager with a proven track record in creating viral videos. The ideal candidate must be fluent in either Brazilian Portuguese or Spanish (or both) and be an expert in TikTok, with additional experience on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and/or Twitch.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies focused on organic growth and virality.

• Source, manage, and maintain relationships with social media creators and influencers.

• Support light business development by identifying and securing new creator opportunities.

• Oversee project management for marketing campaigns and partnerships, ensuring timely delivery and goal achievement.

• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize audience engagement and reach.

Requirements

• Bilingual with strong skills in English, Spanish and or Portuguese.

• Proven expertise in TikTok, including demonstrable experience in creating viral content.

• Familiarity with additional social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and/or Twitch.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with content creators.

• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, “bias to action” mindset.

• Basic experience in business development and project management.

• Pluses for technical candidates with either coding or video production experience.
