About The Role:

As the Associate Innovation Manager at Feastables, you will play a key role in driving execution across new product development initiatives. You will support the Innovation Manager by owning critical workstreams across active product launches, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination stay on track.

This role is focused on the operational execution of bringing new products to market. You will work closely with teams across brand, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales to ensure that innovation projects are delivered accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own day-to-day execution of assigned workstreams across innovation projects
  • Build and maintain detailed project trackers and timelines
  • Coordinate inputs and deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales
  • Support packaging development including revisions, approvals, and production readiness
  • Assist in claims development and validation with R&D and regulatory partners
  • Support retailer sell-in readiness through accurate product information and timelines
  • Track risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating proactively
  • Ensure all commercialization documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time
  • Maintain organized documentation and communication across all projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and execution efficiency

Recipe for Success:

  • 2–3 years of experience in CPG marketing, innovation, or product development
  • Experience supporting product launches with clear ownership of a workstream
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams
  • Familiarity with stage-gate or product development processes
  • Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
