Responsibilities & Role Overview:
- Supporting and managing existing bots in production
• Manage Complete RPA SDLC (from requirements to prod deployment & support)
• Collaborate & work closely with business teams to understand current business processes, prioritize and implement RPA.
• Report & escalate to management as needed.
• Resolve blockers / dependencies for the offshore team so that they can support independently.
• Support business processes during business hours.
