Condé Nast is a world-renowned media company, producing the highest quality content for the most influential audiences through iconic brands that touch upon every consumer passion point. Our Revenue Marketing department is responsible for harnessing that power and passion to create and execute the industry’s most compelling programs, initiatives and partnerships.

The Production & Account Management (P&A) team is responsible for the execution of custom marketing programs across all Condé Nast brands and sales categories, collaborating with the sales, digital operations, insights/research, creative, experiential, video and PR teams to produce content programs that include white label, branded content, custom video, native articles, events, social/digital-first content and more.

This position is on the Production & Account Management team, supporting the activation process to help bring co-branded marketing programs to life across Condé Nast Traveler, Bon Appetit and Architectural Digest. We're looking for an organized and adaptable marketer who's eager to grow their skills in client services and communication. Additionally, this person will learn and execute small scale campaigns, help identify day-to-day program needs and support optimizations while assisting on large-scale programs. We're looking for someone who's a quick learner, detail-oriented, and excited to build a foundation in the rapidly evolving media and marketing industry — someone naturally collaborative and proactive.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the planning, management, and execution of branded content marketing programs, including content creation, event activations, influencer programs, social campaigns, print units, and more
  • Assist with client and agency communication while working in tandem with internal partners
  • Help identify potential campaign and program hurdles and flag opportunities for real-time optimization
  • Support program budget tracking, timeline management, and content/talent agreement coordination
  • Build relationships with clients, production partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up to date on industry and media trends to help surface new partnership ideas and/or workflow efficiencies

Requirements:

  • 0-1+ years of experience or internship experience in branded content creation, publishing, digital media, or relevant brand marketing; client services experience a plus
  • Interest in brand marketing, client management, or production is a plus
  • Coursework, internship, or project experience creating branded content, specifically video and digital content, preferred
  • Strong social and interpersonal communication skills are a must
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with effective time management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal processes, procedures, and content management systems
  • Strong attention to detail; comfort with Google Docs and trackers
  • Self-starter who can work independently and within a team setting
  • Positive, creative, solutions-oriented, and client-focused
  • Experience with Google Slides/Suite preferred, but not required

The expected base salary range for this position is from $65,000-$90,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.

In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
