Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Oversee interview processes, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Strengthen employer branding to attract top-tier talent.
- Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize hiring performance.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices, employment laws, and company policies.
- Proven track record in IT and non-IT recruitment.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets with strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Experience using recruitment analytics to drive efficiency and results.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, hiring best practices, and labor law compliance.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting hiring targets.
- Experience:
- Minimum 9 years in IT recruitment.
- At least 5 years in a team management role.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
