Job DescriptionAs an Associate Manager within our Investor Services team, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop a talented team while playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of fund clients and investors. Acting as a trusted partner to clients and a subject matter expert within the business, you’ll oversee key investor servicing activities, drive operational excellence, and help shape a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- You’ll oversee day‑to‑day investor services operations, reviewing work completed by Investor Services Officers and ensuring all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- You’ll manage relationships with clients and investors, providing guidance on ongoing matters and proactively resolving issues before they escalate into complaints
- You’ll monitor investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, trade settlements, and capital calls, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- You’ll oversee FATCA/CRS reporting, customer due diligence requirements, investor onboarding processes, and compliance approvals for complex investor structures, including Omnibus Accounts, PEPs, and REPs
- You’ll coach and develop team members, support performance reviews, drive process improvements, and ensure all internal, client, and Group reporting deadlines are achieved

About You
- You hold a degree or are fully qualified ACCA or ICSA, with a strong foundation in investor services, fund administration, or financial services.
- You bring robust relevant experience, including exposure to investor servicing, transfer agency, or fund administration activities.
- You have a strong understanding of FSC regulations relating to open‑ended and closed‑ended fund structures.
- You are a people‑focused leader who enjoys coaching, developing talent, and creating a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
- You are highly organised, client‑focused, and detail‑oriented, with strong Microsoft Office skills, working knowledge of Microgen, and excellent communication skills in English.
