The position
In Fill & Finish Expansion (FFEx) programme, you will head up a team of three people. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Implement and execute document management processes across the entire portfolio of projects
  • Facilitate implementation of document management systems across all project disciplines
  • Maintain overview of document management processes and reporting on progress throughout all projects
  • Develop and implement document management policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security of all records.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish document management standards and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of document management software and systems, optimizing their use for efficient document control.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document management protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document management processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the integration of document management systems with other business applications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance document management efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering document management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Exposure to a GMP working environment
  • Proficiency in engineering document management software and systems (e.g., Autodesk Vault, Sharepoint, or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to engineering document control and management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to operate in a heavily matrixed environment, with competing views and priorities. To listen to and communicate ideas that find the balance between myriad stakeholders needs and expectations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within an engineering document management environment.
