Position Summary
At e.l.f. Beauty, speed, precision, and execution are critical to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're looking for an Associate Manager, Digital Commerce Operations to serve as the operational engine behind our Connected Commerce business.
This role is responsible for ensuring products, promotions, campaigns, and customer experiences launch flawlessly across e.l.f.'s digital channels, including web, app, and social commerce platforms. Acting as the operational quarterback, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage launch readiness, support inventory planning, and maintain the processes that keep our commerce ecosystem running efficiently.

Responsibilities
Serve as the operational lead for digital commerce launches, ensuring inventory, pricing, promotions, content, and customer experiences are accurately configured and ready for go-live across elfcosmetics.com, e.l.f. app and TikTok Shop.
Coordinate launch timelines and dependencies across Brand, Supply Chain, Master Data, Development, and Customer Service teams.
Ensure operational readiness to support demand fluctuations, virality, promotions, and growth initiatives across direct-to-consumer digital channels.
Conduct launch readiness reviews, staging validation, and smoke testing to ensure flawless execution across all customer touchpoints.
Manage launch calendars, develop project trackers, and operational workflows to ensure teams remain aligned and informed.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including order throughput, fulfillment SLAs, accuracy, shipping performance, and customer experience.
Manage set up, maintenance, and update products, collections, promotional offers, and merchandising experiences across Shopify and digital commerce platforms.
Build and test promotional campaigns to ensure accurate setup and seamless customer experiences.
Maintain accuracy across product information, pricing, inventory status, and promotional messaging.
Monitor inventory health, launch allocations, and replenishment plans to proactively identify risks that may impact business performance.
Partner closely with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align inventory availability with launch plans, promotional activity, and forecasted demand.
Provide order volume forecasts to fulfillment and distribution partners ahead of major launches and promotional events.
Support forecasting processes through maintenance of planning files, operational trackers, and launch projections.
Develop and maintain launch checklists, operational playbooks, governance processes, and execution frameworks that improve consistency and scalability.
Maintain comprehensive trackers for innovation launches, promotions, campaigns, and digital commerce initiatives.
Ensure operational milestones are met and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies as needed.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed across digital commerce operations.
Serve as a primary point of coordination for operational issues impacting the customer experience globally
Partner with Customer Service teams to troubleshoot site issues, communicate updates, and support resolution efforts.
Submit and manage development tickets, bug reports, and enhancement requests.
Support QA testing and validation for new site features, functionality updates, and commerce initiatives.
Coordinate sample allocation and demand differentiation of sellable and sample inventory setup and operational readiness in support of brand, affiliate, and social commerce campaigns.
Participate in planning meetings, launch reviews, and business updates to ensure digital commerce priorities remain on track.
Act as a trusted partner across teams, ensuring stakeholders have visibility into timelines, risks, and execution progress.
Manage and develop digital commerce coordinator and seasonal interns as support.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital commerce operations, e-commerce, merchandising operations, project management, or related fields.
Experience working with ShopifyPlus required, and TikTok Shop a plus.
Strong understanding of product launches, promotional execution, inventory management, and operational workflows.
Advanced Excel and spreadsheet management skills; experience with Power BI or reporting tools preferred.
Exceptional organizational, communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; steady under pressure and execution at speed.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Experience in beauty, consumer products, retail, or direct-to-consumer businesses preferred.
Skills Required
