What you will do
Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning (Skin-health)
Managing and improving on Forecast accuracy and Bias
Conduct the Pre-Demand Review meeting with the franchise team by monthly, partnering with other key stakeholders in Demand Management to generate accurate base forecast and get the aligned forecast number for Demand Review meeting with Management team
Coordinate the collection and validation of forecasts from marketing teams (Sales intelligence and Marketing intelligence). Support and driving IBP process
Maintain/set up all master data in LTCC, APO and SAP for current/new product
Demand hand over to Supply Planner to make sure that all updated demand will be communicated to APSC for the smooth supply
For NPI, be a part of the project team to ensure that Forecast is uploaded and put in the correct period
System-wise
Analyze roots cause for MAPE error and update the reason codes in the Reason Coding Analysis Dashboard
Manage to review baseline in order to have clean history for baseline generation
Update R&O in the Dashboard
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in sciences, engineering, or business.
Experience in Demand Planning, Manufacturing, or Sourcing.
Strong English communication (written and spoken).
Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and APO.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Demonstrates trustworthiness and avoids conflicts of interest.
Stays updated on franchise products and supply chain practices.
Logical, assertive, and able to source information.
