We are seeking an experienced Data Science Lead to drive end-to-end data science initiatives and deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions. In this role, you will lead complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring talent and advancing data science best practices across the organization.
Essential Job FunctionsLead data science projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful outcomes.
Partner closely with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.
Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution.
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and supporting data infrastructure.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity, including data cleansing, validation, and preprocessing.
Oversee data visualization, dashboards, and reporting to effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, promoting best practices in data science and analytics.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and optimization within data science workflows and methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or senior data science role.
Strong proficiency in:
Data manipulation and transformation
Database management
Statistical analysis and modeling
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, with awareness of evolving industry trends, tools, and technologies.
