Minimum Requirements: 

  • Graduate of an approved registered nurse program. 
  • BSN or equivalent Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • Licensed as a registered nurse in the State of North Carolina. 
  • Minimum of three years nursing experience required with one year of experience being related to the patient population(s) and/or specialty of the unit. 
  • MUST HAVE CVICU/CVIMC experience and/or strong ICU experience to be considered.
  • Evidenced expertise in clinical judgment and leadership ability. 
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.

Skills Required

  • Graduate of an approved registered nurse program
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent bachelor's degree
  • Current registered nurse license in North Carolina
  • At least three years of nursing experience
  • At least one year of experience related to the unit's patient population or specialty
  • CVICU/CVIMC experience or strong ICU experience
  • Demonstrated clinical judgment expertise and leadership ability
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to deliver customer service consistent with CarolinaEast Standards of Excellence
