Job Summary: The Associate Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and coordinating patient care as well as the clinical care delivery process as directed by the Clinical Manager. The Associate Manager serves as a role model and resource to staff.

Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved registered nurse program.
- BSN or equivalent Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the State of North Carolina.
- Minimum of three years nursing experience required with one year of experience being related to the patient population(s) and/or specialty of the unit.
- MUST HAVE CVICU/CVIMC experience and/or strong ICU experience to be considered.
- Evidenced expertise in clinical judgment and leadership ability.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
Skills Required
- Graduate of an approved registered nurse program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent bachelor's degree
- Current registered nurse license in North Carolina
- At least three years of nursing experience
- At least one year of experience related to the unit's patient population or specialty
- CVICU/CVIMC experience or strong ICU experience
- Demonstrated clinical judgment expertise and leadership ability
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to deliver customer service consistent with CarolinaEast Standards of Excellence
