Responsibilities- Responsible for investigating all allegations of financial crime within D360.
- Support of all financial crime investigation practices and enhance the financial crime culture within the D360 environment;
- Mitigates, minimizes, or eliminates exposure to financial crime risk to protect the Bank’s reputation, capital, and investments.
- Reviews exception reports for potential financial crime activity, initiating and working to complete investigations based upon those reviews and resulting from exception reporting.
- Develops a network of contacts within the financial services sector, identify industry trends and be familiar with standards, concepts practices and procedures for dealing with financial crime.
- Participates in monitoring unusual or suspicious financial activity and assist in the protection of the Bank’s capital, assets and investments.
- Establishes contacts within and liaise with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies during investigations.
- Overseeing and implementing an ongoing AML training program for other employees
Preferred Qualification
- Have a tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution
Years & Nature of Experience
- Will be a fresh graduate to 3 years of experience in the same or a similar domain
- If with experience, would have been accountable for completion of assigned tasks and project work and has developed a level of competence to carry out work independently
