Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY 
As a Distribution Services Associate, you play a key role in a fast-pace high-volume production 
environment that services, supports, and mitigates client risk. Your primary responsibilities are 
centered on the precise, efficient management of receiving and sorting various inbound mail 
packages. Your keen attention to detail and critical thinking skills will be put to the test as you 
complete your assigned tasks, ensuring maximum client satisfaction. You will thrive in an

JOB DUTIES 

• Deliver exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment 

• Manage assigned processes and inventory to meet deadlines 

• Follow mailroom safety and security procedures 

• Fully operate mail equipment to perform mail operations for highly sensitive mail packages and avoid unnecessary interruptions 

• Manually and electronically document the tracking of mail packages 

• Receive, sort and process mail packages and supplies 

• Pick-up and deliver mail packages on scheduled runs 

• Clean and maintain all shipping and mail equipment 

• Considered an on-site essential worker; overtime as required 

• Adhere to all required company and client driven standards and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Job Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; some college preferred

• 0-2 years of relevant experience; college education in lieu of experience

• Client service-oriented experience preferred

• Ability to provide exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment

• Ability to manage time, set priorities and meet deadlines

• Intermediate computer skills and technically savvy to learn new systems and applications

• Ability to understand basic property related documentation from a variety of sources

• Strong analytical and critical thinking to synthesize information from multiple sources to solve problems

• Detailed-oriented to process data accurately

• Ability to collaborate with others and provide status updates

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to continuously learn and develop

• Adaptable in an ever-changing environment
