We are looking for an Associate Microsoft 365 Engineer to support the administration, governance, and operational management of Microsoft 365 services. The role will focus on Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, ServiceNow operations, Agent365/Copilot platform support, governance initiatives, audits, and Jira-driven operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
Support Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent platform onboarding, deployment, environment management, and user access activities.
Manage and fulfill Microsoft 365-related ServiceNow requests and maintain service catalog documentation.
Perform governance reviews and audits for functional accounts, resource accounts, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
Track operational work, governance initiatives, and enhancement projects through Jira.
Assist in implementing Microsoft 365 governance, security, compliance, and access management standards.
Collaborate with Security, IAM, Microsoft Support, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
1-4 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies.
Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, and Entra ID.
Experience working with ServiceNow and Jira.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Agents 365, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Exchange administration.
Exposure to Microsoft 365 governance and compliance programs.
Note - The role requires working in UK business hours. Rotational shifts may be required based on business needs.
Compensation
The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.
