In this role, you can expect to:
- Support in the building and execution of offers, events, and promotion plans to help achieve monthly goals and target metrics for the studio team.
- Work with supporting departments to ensure content is localized and quality reviewed to deliver high-quality, timely, and mistake-free content to players.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the same discipline across feature groups and cross-discipline as required.
- Support co-workers within their areas of expertise.
- Work with Marketing, Community, and Player Retention (Px) to communicate offers and events as needed.
- Document work and historical events thoroughly using Wikis.
- Actively play the product(s) to stay engaged with the game and understand the player experience.
To be successful in this role, your background includes:
- Post-Secondary education in related field.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Previous experience working in Live Operations is considered a strong asset.
- Experience with Jira or other ticket-based systems is desirable.
