The Associate Live Operations Specialist is involved with the planning, execution, and iteration of live events, offers and promotions that engage and excite players. They are sharp, energetic and flexible enough to excel in this initial role, but also have the aptitude and desire to grow within the company. They are counted on to support in the building and execution of events and offers, with a high level of adaptability and attention to detail.
 
We prioritize applicants that can work on-site at our Montreal studio for this contract opportunity.

In this role, you can expect to:

    Offer and Event Planning:
  • Support in the building and execution of offers, events, and promotion plans to help achieve monthly goals and target metrics for the studio team.
  • Content Localization and Quality Assurance:
  • Work with supporting departments to ensure content is localized and quality reviewed to deliver high-quality, timely, and mistake-free content to players.
  • Effective Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the same discipline across feature groups and cross-discipline as required.
  • Expertise Support:
  • Support co-workers within their areas of expertise.
  • Communication and Documentation:
  • Work with Marketing, Community, and Player Retention (Px) to communicate offers and events as needed.
  • Document work and historical events thoroughly using Wikis.
  • Active Player Engagement:
  • Actively play the product(s) to stay engaged with the game and understand the player experience.

To be successful in this role, your background includes:

  • Post-Secondary education in related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Previous experience working in Live Operations is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with Jira or other ticket-based systems is desirable.
