Your Responsibilities:

Serve as the main liaison for key game publisher accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

Identify opportunities for account expansion and implement strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and retention.

Work with internal teams to tailor payment solutions to meet the unique needs of each partner, including handling global transactions and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with product, technical support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and partner success.

Monitor account metrics, provide regular performance reports, and analyze data to drive improvements.

Negotiate contract terms and manage agreements to ensure mutual benefit and compliance.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and global payment regulations to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.

Address and resolve any issues or escalations related to respective department, ensuring minimal disruption to partner operations.

Oversee the billing and follow up on any outstanding payments.

Pre-Requisites :
